At our sister company sknife ltd, sustainability has been a top priority since its founding in 2014: regional wood, forging in Switzerland and packaging made of cardboard and Swiss wood are the hallmarks of sknife products.
Based on these measures, we also follow this sustainable path with CeCo - world-of-knives:

Packaging with additional functions such as the sknife drawer insert, knife blocks and cutting boards from the DACH region, wooden inserts (instead of foam) for gift packaging, new sustainable product packaging also from our suppliers, ecological material in administration and plastic-free, free shipping are just some of the measures.

Like Mauro Colagreco, who received the "Plastic Free Certification" at the Chefs World Summit 2019, sknife – whose knives are endorsed by the world's No. 1 – and CeCo ltd have also committed themselves to the plastic-free philosophy. For example, since the beginning of 2020, grass paper has been used in administration, which requires 8 x less energy in production than conventional paper.

In shipping goods, we replaced plastic fillers, adhesive rolls and shipping bags with recycled waste paper.

In addition, employees were provided with personalisedKyocera drinking bottles and PET bottles were replaced by glass bottles.
